Roof and side paneling paint chalk and fade: 30 years
Paint cracking, checking and red rust protection: 40 years
Snow load damage: Lifetime for loads not exceeding design requirements
Wind load damage: Lifetime for loads not exceeding design requirements
Preservative treated wood: 50 years on treated columns
