Todd Fisher

Todd has been involved with the construction business since 1986, starting out as a carpenter and crew foreman. He then moved into a sales position responsible for sales in South Central Iowa and is now serving as K-Van’s Vice President. Todd is also responsible for managing the building crews and equipment.

In his spare time he enjoys camping, hunting and spending time with his son Cody and daughter Mandy and her family.

John Peterson

John joined K-Van Construction as a carpenter in 1978. Since then, he has become a crew foreman and an instrumental part of K-Van’s success. John’s commitment to the customer and craftsmanship assures our customers that they’ll get the best built structure available.

In his spare time, John enjoys carpentry and spending time with his two children Courtney and Nathanial and grandchildren.

Cindy Kolthoff

Cindy has been with K-Van Construction since 1995. Cindy performs the day to day operations for our office including reception, clerical and sales support.

In her spare time she stays busy with her husband, Ron, three daughters Heather, Kari and Tricia and her grandchildren.

Scott Murray

Scott started with K-Van Construction as a carpenter in 1995. He then accepted a sales position and now is responsible for new building sales in North Central Iowa. Some other responsibilities include repair estimates and warranty follow-up.

In his spare time he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife Michelle and his daughter Calli.

Mark Rush

Mark has been actively involved in the construction business and joined K-Van Construction in 1992. Mark’s communication with the customer has proven to be a valuable asset.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Deb, daughter Stephanie and sons Jacob and Nicholas.
